Plantago lanceolata, lanceleaf plantain is a widespread member of the Plantain Family (Plantaginaceae), found where ever Europeans have settled. An important medicinal plant, traditionally, leaf tea used for coughs, diarrhea, dysentery, bloody urine. Science confirms bronchodilation action.
