Lamium maculatum, Dead Nettle, Spotted Dead Nettle
Lamium maculatum, Dead Nettle, Spotted Dead Nettle, from Europe and Asia, primarily grown in gardens in the U.S., naturalized in the northeast. Historically used for treating wounds, and cutaneous skin eruptions, much the same as other Lamium species. Also eaten, but sparingly.
