Mentha arvensis, Mentha canadensis var. arvensis, Mentha canadensis var. haplocalyx, corn mint, European cornmint, cornmint, field mint, 薄荷, bo he, is a wild mint that is circumboreal in distribution occurring in Europe and west and central Asia. Grown commercially as a source of menthol. Field production, pictured here, is in Vietnam.
