Twenty-four images of Saururus cernuus, Lizard's Tail, Water Dragon, a member of the Lizard's Tail Family (Saururaceae) is found in wet soils or near water in much of eastern North America. The only other species in the genus, Saururus chinensis, is from China. American Indians used root poultice for wounds, inflamed breasts (the plant is also known as Breastweed), and inflammation. Science confirms anti-inflammatory activity. Chinese counterpart used similarly.
